Read here for our current rates for physiotherapy treatments at our Vancouver, BC clinic, including how we process ICBC or WCO claims, MSP and those with extended health care benefits.
1. Privately paying patients (including those with extended health benefits)
- Initial Assessment & Follow-Up Appointment: $70
- Senior (65+) rate: $60
- IMS treatment: $80
- Acupuncture: $80
- Real Time Ultrasound: $80
- Exercise therapy: $70
2. Patients covered by ICBC or WCB
- ICBC: $35 User Fee is charged for patients with an approved claim and valid claim number, (the remainder of the fee is covered by ICBC). In most cases your fee will be reimbursed by ICBC provided that you were not at fault. Claim number, adjuster name and telephone number must be presented upon booking your first physiotherapy appointment.
- WCB: No User Fee. Claim number and supporting documentation must be presented upon booking your first physiotherapy appointment. If your claim has been accepted by Worksafe BC, there is NO User Fee. However, please note that if your claim is not accepted and treatment has commenced, you will be responsible for the full payment of all fees.
3. Patients on Premium Assistance (MSP)
There will be a $30 user fee for each treatment (the remaining fee is billed directly to MSP).
4. Cancellation/no show fee:
If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you miss your appointment without cancelling, we charge a no show fee of $35. This fee applies for all patients, including WCB and ICBC, and will not be covered by your insurance.

If you are unsure of your insurance coverage status, please feel free to ask one of our receptionists or your physiotherapist regarding your situation. We will endeavor to make this as smooth as possible for you, and answer your questions to the best of our abilities.
